Personally, yes it is sad but, I also believe it is karma.

He had a campaign worker[Female] in the car with him apparently he was drunk and he managed to dive out of the car while the car and the worker were sent into a lake. The worker was drowned.

Some say that they were having an affair and basically he got completely scott-free b/c he has the money to just throw it around.

I feel sorry for him and hope he's alright but he went sailing today. you can't tell me that's not a "What the fuck?!!" moment.

a long time ago when he was going a campaign he was driving drunk with a campaign officer in his car and they ran over a bridge into water. he got out and left her and before he even bothered to call the fire department he called his attorney and campaign manger. she died.

It sounds just like what my dad has...He's had his tumor for three years, but somehow it shrunk over the past year, luckily. Best wishes to the senator.
