According to Snopes.com around 40 years ago, a young girl was in the same situation. The girl won the case and the public pool was sued because it wasn't chlorinated enough.
Do you even know who to use Snopes? Because when it says False at the top of the page, that means it's NOT true.
yeah right. the chick is lying. Sperm can barely survive the trip to the egg normally. Most of them die before they even get close. A sperm can't survive in a pool in the first place. They're scrawny little suckers. So unless "the pool" was doing the deed with her I don't think the hotel is at fault.
Even if they didn't chlorine it well... Shouldn't the sperm die? I mean, there's still traces of chlorine in the pool, yes? I don't know what to believe.. But I suppose.. I can't wait who wins the trial.
I wasn't aware that a sperm could live in a pool...in fact, I'm pretty sure it can't...They die when oxygen touch them, chlorine should completely demolish them.
What's funny about this, is that last week I was at the pool and was joking with my friend, saying "I wonder if someone cums in the water, if some girl who comes swimming would get pregnent." And now I read this and im like "whoa" ..
