May I just say that your ending statement was incorrect. The iphone did nothing to change moblie phones. They were in fact late fo the game.

Appy sucks

It's called an iPad where I am - or maybe it's something different. People have dubbed it the iTampon haha.
I would feel weird carrying it around, like a person just holding an over sized iPod Touch and I would be so paranoid I would scratch the screen!

It's kind of weird and I don't like Apple much :/

Nice article though xD

Wow. Personally I just hate these things. I been bought the Zune, Ipod, Mp3 player, all of that. Yet I still use my CDs. I just learned the computer like two years ago.

Oh well, this will be pretty darn stupid. Texting on a keyboard phone is hard enough.

Nice article my the way :)

People are going to buy it, because it's Apple we're talking about.
But I'm not really impressed with Apple at the moment, nor with the touch screen concept.
How the heck are you supposed to type while looking? o.o
One Drop = Boom. It's over. Go save your allowance and buy another.

:]

Meh, its a good concept but it sounds pretty dodgy to me. Touch screens tend to break easily, and lets face it, apple arent exactly known for their amazing technology (the iphone, ipods and macs had sooo many glitches when they were introduced to the market).
Plus i dont like apple, i think its cause once you buy one thing by them, to get everything else to work perfectly, you need to buy more of their products... but thats just my opinion.

Nice article though :)

Why would anyone make that? I just don't understand.

It's kinda useless... It's huge and hard to carry and because it's a touch screen it's easy to break.

Touch screens suck. =/
And they are just robbing us of our money! Every 6-12 months they come out with a new product and everybody HAS to have every single one. I don't even have an iPod. I only have an mp3...

I wonder how many people are going to buy it, then next year an even better one will come out and then they will complain to their parents about wanting the new one and freak out when they don't get it.

It's not that important.
I got a computer, it's pretty much all I need.
But yay for ipods!
I don't like them.

It sounds like a good idea, but I hate touch screens.

I'm bad enough with regular phones. I'd just end up breaking a touch screen immediately, and then my mom would be angry. And, I just dislike them. :)

But, still a good idea, Iguess.

I think it would be fun to play around with, but I don't think I want one. The novelty would wear off.

It's looks far too fragile to actually carry around, and even if you do typing on it would be a pain. Not because of the touch screen, but because of how it would sit. It would be impossible to get a good angle for typing and watching what you're typing at the same time.

That being said, so many people out there love these gadgety, novelty things that of course it's going to make apple yet another fortune.

I'll just stick to my good ol' Mac desktop.

Cool concept, though I hate touch-screen with a burning passion. Fingerprints everywhere, plus typing is a million times more difficult than it should be and I never press the right thing anyways! D<
Revolutionary idea, but I'm still saving up for a Macbook.

Also, to the stylus idea: I used those in 6th grade when my class was learning about palm pilots. Those things are annoying as hell. They take multiple presses for you to even click the right thing properly, let alone the right thing.

Except touch screens get icky with fingerprints and dirty so you can't see properly and the dust in the air and those on it will make it hard to put on a screen protector. It'll probably be fragile too. One fall and the screen is cracked for good.

This coming from a girl whose family sells cell phone products. Touch screens are not the best idea, folks.

I agree with Hannor, I hate touch screens. But if Sheriff G. Way is right, then I totally want one. Stylus=awesome.
But those tiny buttons and my fat man fingers? No. D<
