Thank you for your comments!
I also recently heard that Gaddafi has bombed the airports in Libya so he can be sure that no other countries will interfere and he can kill everyone... but I'm not sure if this is just a rumour as I looked it up and the only source I saw was where I read it. It's hard to be sure on exactly what's really happening as no media can get into Libya, but there's no doubt that people are being killed. I've seen footage/photos.
The only update I have right now is that soldiers who refuse to kill citizens are being executed by being shot or burnt alive. Unfortunately, this is another thing I've seen actual footage of. It sickened me. The violence is non-stop and there are dead bodies in the streets.
Please keep giving your support, we can't let this go unheard by anyone. Gaddafi needs to be stopped.

I'm so glad you posted an article about this. People need to know what is going on; I talk about this most days in my World Issues class but the issue needs to be spread! I'm definitely signing that petition. (:

Thank you for writing this article!
It bothers me that so many people don't know about what's going on in Libya.
I've already signed that petition. :]

Gaddafi needs to step down and soon. What he's doing is sick. I'm so glad that tunisia started this cycle. Hopefully, Libya and Yemen and Bahrain and all those countries will be able to solve their unrests as well.
All of these governments are corrupt. They're toxic to their countries.

Really liked how you did the introduction to this, the first paragraph was so powerful.

And this... This whole crisis in Libya is really just disgusting. I read an article about it in the newspaper today and oh my god it's just disgusting. He won't step down. Ever. And he's killing his own people when they disagree with him. He said "I am king forever! This is my country, my country!"

*shudders* I feel for the people of Libya. I really do. :/

Why are there no comments on this yet?! There was so much uproar and awareness about the Egypt protests, which is what made them so successful, why isn't the same happening for Libya?
Awareness people, these citizens are being denied their basic human rights and they need help!
