I feel so bad for the kid. He must have been terrified-- and the mother had to have been devastated.

Anyone who gets "tired of taking care of their son" is barely human. I understand it would be frustrating and, yes, tiring, but to the point of committing homicide is ridiculous. (And he obviously didn't think about the fact that he was also being taken care of by his girlfriend, who was a fool to have ever been within fifty feet of a man so cruel.)

That poor kid! I mean, he may be hard to raise or whatever but that doesn't mean you chop off his head and PUT IT IN YOUR DRIVEWAY!! there's definitely something wrong with that guy. He shouldn't have ever had a child. This is one of the worst things I've ever heard of. I hope that sicko doesn't get off easy :/

*Also, I think if you kill someone, that you should be killed in the same exact way to see what they went through. But, society sees it wrong to even poke another human being these days :/.

Wow... that's awful. If he had a problem with the kid (especially a disabled child!) he should've given custody of him to someone else. Now he's ruined that family forever.

This is why I use this catch phrase:
"If all your problems point to kids, here's a thought. Don't have kids at all!"

I live in New Orleans and this was all over the news.this man makes me sick!

I heard about that. I actually live in New Orleans and that story was on every local news station in the area. But he been saying he was kill him though. He said that poor baby was 'suffering'. He'll rot in the lowest level of Hell. Him and that man that bashed that newborns head in and now he's mentally and phisically impaired. That happened in Lafourche Parish..,

This monster should be given the Death Penalty.

I'm stunned. That guy isn't human. Humanity means compassion for ever living being, forget your own son. I think Death Penalty is way too kind... I wish they had those Medieval day methods of torture still in practice. That's what the monster deserves. Or atleast being in jail for the rest of his bloody life and having to repent every second of it.

this is horrible. I can't believe someone would do that to their own child! Or any child for that matter!!! I may not get along with my cousins all the time, with them being so young, but I could never, ever hurt them or even let someone else hurt them! That is awful!

He probably won't get the death penalty because Louisiana doesn't like to do that, but you never know. I wish he would have done this in Texas because they love the death penalty. I'll write an article about his convictions when it happened.

That's horrible. That sicko deserves the death penalty. Ugh.
