agree, they don't care about the law. What they care about is making money. My father and I were driving from Bolling Brook[sp?] to Bloomington one day during rush hour. Of course, traffic was awful. My dad had recently gotten a ticket for speeding and was being careful not to get another one, so lots cars were passing us up, which I later realized, where all but three were white. So, this one guy is going at least 10 miles below, so my dad passes him up; we're in a hurry. A soon as were in front of the buick, a cop comes out of nowhere and stops us, claiming we were over by 15 and giving us a ticket.

My father and I have a theory. They are find any, ANY excuse to pull over a black person, so that they can run their licence tosee if there in this country illegeally, specifically from Mexico. I have heard an officer is granted $1,000 bonus for discovering an alien.


Now, please don't yell at me for my views. This is just a THEORY.
