Go for it. Poetry is great to start with. That's what I did.

Haha, I have some stuff that I wouldn't want my parents to read. One more year and I won't have to worry about that anymore. lol

I do not have a publisher yet plus thigns I want to publish aren't really approprite for someone my age to be writing that my mom would let me publish in her oppion. I need to make a story thats more appropriate until the time comes. Meanwhile I can try my poetry. :]

I feel the same. Here's what I do: save all my extremely well written and favorite stuff for the publishers. I only post stuff here if it's already published and has gotten approval from the companies. I also only post stuff that's just for fun. I don't take it that serious. Of course, that doesn't mean I don't work hard or care about the stories I post on Mibba, because I do. I just don't put every ounce of blood and sweat into it.

Yes, Mibba is a safer website, but there still are those who steal. I make my stuff viewable for members only. It helps, but I'd still be careful about what you post in general. :)
