I deeply believe that 9\11 was never just another day. And I didn't even lose anyone.

I wasn't effected by 9/11, but I still find it a little rude to say that we need to move on to someone who nearly had her whole life turned upside down by this event.
Yeah, it did happen seven years ago and to those of us who weren't directly effected by it can say with ease that we should move on. But then we need to think about those whose lives were effected: the people who lost parents, siblings, friends, lovers, etc. Then we need to think about what they went through and still are going through. Do you think seven years could heal a wound as deep as losing your mommy or daddy? I doubt it could. You might be less hurt, but what it comes down to is it'll still sting like hell on 9/11. I know I wouldn't be able to move on just like that.
Yeah, I don't think we should get out of school for it or anything. Just because if we got out of school for 9/11 then we should get out for every attack and tragady against America.
Also, I don't think Liana meant that if you didn't live in the states she listed you weren't effected. I think she just meant that generally more people from those states were effected. So don't take any offense by her not falt out saying all of America.
