When that doesn't work, I go to writing stories and poems, and it helps me out a lot. But that's just me, you can try writing your feelings into a story or poem, and see if it'll work. If that doesn't work, I watch funny movies such as Dumb and Dumber or JUNO or something that I know will make me laugh.
