Hey this is Sorry, umm all i got to say is talking is a first step and what i learned is to talk to them like u are talking one on one
not blaming just telling them exsactly whats on ur mind. I learned the best way is the "I" message.
As for your brother he is just...............well he is broken. He needs u right now more then anything cause I talk to him every day and every day he is more and more broken.
Amia I know what shes going though. It will take time but just tell her how good she is at stuff and how nice she looks or w/e u know like OMG I LOVE UR SHIRT/HAIR and it will go up after a while.
U are a one of a kinda amazing person Scout. I hope it gets better.
