It's your choice whether you want to be single or not. You don't need a guy to make you happy.
As for the friend asking, I'd say tell her you won't make that decision. Because in reality you shouldn't tell her who to date. She should figure it on her own.

Its your choice to whether you want to be single or not. I mean you shouldnt worry about people that are dating dont make it bring you down. Being single is kinda great i mean you get to be free , you can flirt you know what i mean? Its your choice hopefully this is what you wanted to hear. Btw i think thats a good idea i was just thinking the same thing of making a website to help people. I sometimes love giving advice to those who need it. =]
