    Buy a huge bag of M&M's or like cheap ones and say they're drugs. Or something else that looks like pills that isn't gonna melt.

    could you get wire from somewhere? maybe do something with that? layer it on top of itself and then fill it with red food dye and dirt and things, make it look like all those old first world war paintings? it would take idk, two hours tops if you had all the stuff.

    It depends on the social issue you want it to be about. There are many out there. Some relative to global, to national, and to local arenas. And social issues can also be social problems.

    But you could see if you can get like...old bills, bank statements, old newspapers with headlines of debt and say it's the credit crunch.
