A Loop of Internet Idiocy: We Are All Stupid, and Always Will Be. - Comments

I saw that video with the kid, by the way. I never saw any of the comments, but I saw the video itself. I have to say that the only problem with anything on the internet is that people tend to take it too seriously. People have killed themselves because they were being cyberbullied, and yet, unlike in real life, you can make cyberbullies go away with a single click of a button. It's not difficult. Why don't people just do that more often?

The internet sucks. But people usually do take comments too seriously. But then again, sometimes it's hard not to. I've done it before and I'm pretty sure everyone has. The internet lets people say whatever they want without consequence. So people use it.

I can actually say that this is all true. The whole 'virtual people in virtual schools with virtual actors in virtual movies' is actually something I've been fearing for a while. It honestly scares me to think about how much the internet is over ruling people's lives.

I have a love/hate relationship with the internet.

Maybe people take comments too seriously... but whatever..

People don't seem to know how to take the internet in moderation.
