Try and find a way to release the stress, like emotionally instead of physically, don't get angry or upset because your gaining weight, think of it as a challenge, and you felt happy last time you managed to cut down, so use that to help this time. Good Luck whatever you do!! (:
Awe, I know how you feel about the self-control issue. : ) I usually lose control when I'm under stress about school or personal issues. Try your best to work things out and usually you can gain some control back.
