WHY ARNT PEOPLE UPDATING - Comments

I've updated my story now, but THANYOU FOR SUBBING!

Hey,
I`m sorry I haven`t been updating a lot recently :( Believe me I want to but when ever I go to write, everything I put down sounds really lame and boring. I`m trying to make my story interesting for ya, but when I actually sit down and start to write my mind either shuts down or wanders off about other things.

See, right now with me there are exams (kill me), I`m trying to find a new job, plus there are a couple of personal issue`s on the go that are making it really hard for me to find time to write, and for me to actually write anything decent :P

For instance, I`ll be surprised if you can understand this because I`m pretty sure my mind is so boggled right now I`m having trouble keeping on track with what I`m saying :P

Even though I don`t update a lot anymore, I will hopefully soon starting Thursday when my exams are over with. I`m even trying to write some now, even though it`s turning out rotten.

I really enjoy reading all you`re comments, and I appreciate that you take the time to actually comment :) If anything it`s the readers like you that do comment that keep me updating at all right now :P It`s nice to know when someone like`s you`re work :) Thank you.

I`ll try and finish this update now, but if I can`t I`m sorry :( I had two exams today, and I`ve been studying my butt off for the last couple of days getting ready for them so I`m rather worn out. But I`ll try! :D

I'm totally guilty of this, you've commented all of my stories before now and I really appreciate that. Exams are right now though so I've had my head down mostly. That's not really an excuse but I'm going to be updating way more often when they're done which is well..next week. Fingers crossed you haven't unsubbed. (:

I update my stories when I can.
There are lots of reasons for not updating.
You just need to be patient with the writers on here. You can't rush them into updating. They'll do it when they please.

Okay, well, there are a lot of reasons for this.

Firstly, we do have lives, as you said. Some of us are constantly out doing stuff and only come here when the day is done and we have some free time. And then we don't have time to update because we've spent so much doing other stuff.

Secondly, some of us actually take time writing our chapters, making sure they're good and trying to get everything perfect. We don't want our readers to have an awful chapter that didn't come from the heart at all. It can take days for the right chapter to come into mind, the right wording and all. I haven't updated All Again For You in a month or two because I can't really get past writer's block for it.

So you'll need to be patient. For the time being, browse around new authors and stories and see what you can find.

i know what ya mean, my stioreis haven't been updated in days..but it might be that they have jobs or something so don't get made at them yet if it's been a while i see your point but just hold on it might be they're writing really good aditions and they have to wait for the summer to update.
