Gay Marriage (just my opinion on the issue) - Comments

I agree with The-Pen-in-the-Sword. I'm for gay marriage, love is love, regardless of gender. But I think it is kind of a stalemate. I think most of th people who are against it are going to STAY against it; dead serious. I also can understand why some people would be uncomfortable with it; generally people are uncomfortable with things they don't understand. I d think denying them the right to marry is stupid though.

I don't really care to be honest, and I understand where both people come from.

Yea, gays are just like us, I know.

Then there's the whole religion thing, and some people aren't comfortable with it, and a whole bunch of other things that I learned while watching Doctor Phil.

And obviously something that's different is going to have to go through some critisizm.

Actually...I've seen some gay people bash some straight people: but that's beside the point.

I don't know if it is a losing battle because they people who I know are against it are dead against it. I would call it a stalemate. In my opinion, let them get married. I'm for it...but I can see why people are against it and you have to be open to both sides of the story.
