    I know I'm a little late :) But...

How can people say that he deserved his death. All his life, he has done nothing wrong. He never touched any kids. Jordy Chandler (1993 case) has even told Jermaine Jackson HIMSELF that he lied for his father.

Michael was an incredible man. With his music and dance he became one of the worlds greatest entertainers. To me, he WAS the worlds greatest entertainer. Although I was born in the early 90's, my parents were fans, so I knew him from them and became a huge fan of his, and even now I am.

With his music he tried to change the world (Earth Song, Heal The World, Man In The Mirror etc) He only ever saw good in people.

And as for touching those boys? Michael was too much of a child to do anything like that. He missed out on his childhood, so he made sure other children got theirs, especially terminally ill children.

Michael was a friend, a father, a brother, a son, an idol and a human being. His death has affected everyone in some way. He didn't deserve his death. He was much too young.

@ missand, Actually, I think if you realize that ACCUSING someone of "child molestation", and saying he deserved his death, isn't doing anything but make you come off as ignorant. He was found NOT GUILTY for ALL ten charges, and yet you're still set on it? The problem here, is people doing this. You have all the proof you need, and yet you're still trying to make him a bad guy, even when he's passed away.
Did you ever think maybe the fact he had no childhood, and went through growing up being beaten by his father, he decided he wanted to make life a little easier for children? He wanted to do something right, and immediately, someone used it for their own selfishness and got money out of it.
It's disgusting, and I feel a large amount of sympathy for anyone who actually thinks his death was a good thing. Even if he were to do something like that, who are you to decide what his punishment should be? "What goes around, comes around", doesn't apply in this situation, because there was nothing that 'went around'.
But, hey. If you seriously want to believe that, even after PROVING he did nothing, that he actually touched kids? Whatever, it's your personal opinion. I'm just advising to reevaluate.

I never was a fan of him. I was born in the early 90's, so his music never really affected me. I wasn't one of those fans who crowded around screaming for him on the streets during his concerts; I didn't even exist. But I do acknowledge the impact his music has had on countless numbers of people. To many, he was a great man.

Despite the rumors over the years, he was still a human being. He deserves a least little respect for his accomplishments. If he did do those things he was accused of, it's over now. Heck, I think it's better to be remembered for the good things in life, not the bad.

I've seen enough Michael Jackson life and death specials today that I'm pretty sure that I could give you every detail about him right down to what shirt he wore where and how many times he blinked here.
I have been glued to the television all day because I still can't grasp the concept that the artist who gave us the moon walk is gone.
I agree with you completely here my friend. How can anyone joke about someone who is dead? Heaps of people have left me comments on my facebook status saying 'Little boys aroung the world rejoyce'
It's absolutely cruel. He was a son, a brother, a father and a friend. A human being. Have a little decency.

    Thank you, for posting this!

While the news were still confirming about his death, I actually had people saying stuff like, "He's finally beat it!" to me and making the most horrible jokes. I was so disgusted with people.

Honestly, those people should stop being heartless, shut the heck up and let people celebrate his life.

@Becky Starz, Personally, I think it's his music that keeps him alive, not the sick jokes. Death isnt funny. But I guess what you say is somewhat true.

I feel horrible for his family though

jokes will pe passed through no matter if they're about a dead or alive person. in a sense - whether it's rude or not - the jokes keep Michael Jackson on a person's mind. you're thinking of him when you say/hear it so technically they do some good. yes, i do hope his family/friends overcome their loss but those jokes keep M.J. around.

I kind of agree with lando I feel bad or his family, not so much him. Like I said, I'm not thrilled about his death; more neutral, I guess.

I was born in the early 80's, I grew up listening to his music. He was a great musician, but don't let the fact that he was a great artist over shadow the fact that he was also a pedophile, a chlid molester. I feel for his family yea, but come on. How are you going to defend, and miss a man you didn't know? A man that hasn't even been in the spot light for years now, and the only time he has been in the spotlight was to defend his actions towards little boys.
As a musician, I'm a fan I still like his music, as a human being, I could care less that he's dead.
    That's my opinion, you asked.

I enjoy his music, but not enough to consider myself a fan. I don't find his death shocking or surprising because he wasn't int he best state of health anyway and I never expected him to live all that long anyway.

That being said, despite how I personally feel, I respect his fans that are upset over his death. I don't understand people crying over his death, because they didn't know him, but I do understand that people react differently.

I've seen a few terrible jokes already, but you know what? It's going to happen. When anyone that famous dies... those things happen. You can't stop it. I don't think it's funny or right, but you know what? Those people will get over it. Why bother caring about what those people are doing when they clearly don't care either.

Shaynababeyy: Because, well at least for me (I was one of them people, considering I believed he did molest those two boys) it's kinda like...don't know what you've got till it's gone. Which sounds cheesey, but it's true.
Then again, I was pretty muched obsessed with him when I was 8, so he does hold sentimental value for me. :\ which explains why i feel horrible about everything now.

I agree wholeheartedly. I've been watching Michael's music videos all day, and I see at least one comment about him being a molestor, pedophile etc. and it makes me sick. He was truly a legend.

Really? I'm annoyed at all the people who are feinding off sympathy because he died. Half the people who are "upset" over it and writing full out essays about how amazing he was made cruel jokes about him daily.
Well people that I know at least...
    Now THAT bothers me.
