Talk to someone with authority about it.
It's what will keep you safest.

I agree, that's scary. First of all, it is definitely some form of harassment or stalking. If you feel as threatened as you seem to feel, you CAN get him in some serious trouble.

Also, if you're afraid that he'll hurt himself if you don't want to be around him anymore, then that indicates some emotional problems on his part. Again, this warrants confrontation. Talk to his parents or yours. He's clearly not quite right when it comes to you.

You need to tell him flat out that he is over the top. If he doesn't back off then you need to cut off all contact. Tell your parents they can probably help you more than I can.

First, have you talked to him about this?
Email him and tell him how you feel. There might be a reason behind why he's like this. Maybe he has no friends in the place where he lives now and feels lonely.
After emailing him, if he keeps doing this stuff, block him from every piece of communication that he can contact you through and ignore him. He sounds like a weird stalker.

That's really scary. you do realize that if he gets too... serious about going to your house, and taking nasty pictures sending them to him, then you'll have to tell someone.
with me, I'd call the police hours prior to any request of me showing anything... but thats just me.
But maybe you should get, like one of your parents to talk to him. saying that he should stop. ??
    just a suggestion.

If you're terrified for his health and life, then tell someone. I'd suggest his parents.

^ I know that sounds really freaky, and I know it's hard, because I've done it before with my ex-boyfriend, but it's worth it.
