Alrighty, I'm no relationship counselor, but I'm gonna give it my best.

Are you sure he understood it was a date? Because let me tell you, MEN ARE FREAKING DUMB. You have to make SURE they understand what the h#@! is going on and spell it out to them in plain English before they can grasp onto it. If he didn't know you thought it was a date and it was all a legitimate misunderstanding, that's fine. If he knew you thought it was a date and was leading you on, he's an @$$%^% and kick him in the nuts next time you see him (or get a friend to do it--whichever you prefer). Lastly, if he basically asked you out while he had a girlfriend...well, see the previous explanation.

Guys are odd. You're going to learn that along the way, trust me. Men are stupid, they make no sense, and well...what else can I say? Like my friend put it, men think we're "COMPLICATED" and "TOO HARD TO UNDERSTAND." The reality? We're pure genius. They can't get us because they don't have the mental capacity to. And I think I went off topic a tad. :)
