Ok yes, He could be the one, "Is" a Hannah Montana song. It's a very cute one at that! Take this from someone who has been in love three times. You know when you are in love. If you don't know if you are in love, or have to ask yourself that question, the answer is always no. I've liked guys before, and hyperventalated on the phone. That's just hormones.
