    Generally when people do this (also know as Anorexia) they do not realise/call it starvation. They call it restriction

    Usualy people dont jsut strve them selves from one person calling them fat. Usualy its an ongoing thing, and these side effects dont matter to the individual starving themselves they dont care what happends when theyacheive there ideal weight or size they just want to get there.
