What Music Has Become - Comments

Really, all it takes to be big in the music industry these days is a 'pretty' face and knowing what a friggin guitar is...and they're very, VERY lenient on those two things...

I never liked the Jonas Brother's, probably because I think that Nick and Joe sound constipated. What annoys me is that I've seen so many people that think they are the "Best Band in the Whole Wide World!" I never really thought that they could match up to The Beatles, who IMO are the best band ever. But that's just me. They just get on my nerves.

The new 'rock' sound that Disney is putting out is an insult to rock music.
I saw that picture of Miley Cyrus smashing that Guitar Hero controller-esque guitar, and was like 'who the hell is she trying to be?!'. I get seriously pissed off when people call her, the Jonas brothers and other Disney stars 'rock'.
I hadn't heard of Heidi Montag before, so I youtubed her, and it took me about 5 minutes to search through the videos of her doing a photo shoot for Maxim to find her 'music'. Real musicians don't need to strip for magazines to get famous (take note, Miley Cyrus). Then I got to one of her songs...no comment.
And don't even get me started on The Millionaires. Drunken talentless cheap idiots(by the way St. Jessie, they do lipsynch)

I was thinking earlier about the sort of lyrics and talentless nobodies that the 'Music' industry has been producing.
Flawe Perfection;; Has a correct idea on the disney stars. Rock? Haha, they don't even sound like My Chemical Romance! (And that is saying something ;D)

Millionaires - D: Jesus, no. D:
Jonas Brothers - I'll admit that they're adorable, but I would not listen to their music.
Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus - See 'Millionaires'.
Disney music altogether - They have cute little singers who suck monkey butt.
Heidi Montag - I just looked her up. See 'Millionaires'. D:
Tokio Hotel v. Jonas Brothers - I'm burnt out on Tokio Hotel. The singers voice is starting to annoy me and the Jonas Brothers are only famous for their looks and because little 10 year olds love them.

Millionaires - if it weren't for their... faces... I'd swear that they have different people doing the actual singing, and they're just there to look someone's twisted image of "cute".
Jonas Brothers - I never hear anyone ranting on how good their music is. All I ever hear them rant on is how cute they are.

I also dont understand how Hannah Montana is called a "rock"star. She's definitely not rock. Does she sound like Metallica? No.
And, Jonas Brothers are defintiely not rock either. =/ Do they sound like Metallica?? Not at all.

Millionaires are horrible. I hate them.

I have nothing against fans of any of these people, but the music is just sad. =( Well, that's my opinion. =)

I loved Millionaires until I heard their song, "Talk Shit."
I was like.. oh wow.
And then I stopped listening to any of their new songs and stuff, afraid of what they may contain, so I stick with the older ones. (:
