The best thing, just talk to your friend! There's no guarantee that she'd take it well, but it's the best thing to do.

Oh, this is hard.
But talking to it about your best friend really helps.
She cares for you and wont want you to hurt yourself. It will probably be tough telling her, but in the long run,it will help you.
There are alot of other methods, trust me.
