1 (10 oz.) bag potato chips 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 tsps garlic salt 2 to 3 lbs boneless chicken (skinless if you want)
Crush chips finely. Melt butter in frying pan and add garlic salt. Roll chicken in seasoned butter, then in chips. Place in oblong, 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes (depending on thickness of chicken). Makes 4 servings.
You can substitute the chips for corn flakes if you like. She said they should stick the same.
Aw, Lare! -blushes- You're the best big sister I've never met! XD I just hope I can find it. If not, I'll just see if she remembers how to make it. haha. If she doesn't, my gramma will. Which sounds weird, but gramma does have a better memory. haha.
I'll probably get that recipe to you tomorrow. Mom has TONS of recipe books and boxes and whatever else can hold recipies. I know it involves corn flakes, honey and chicken. Super crunchy and there's side dish stuff to serve with it, too, hence the heart attack. XD Awesome! I hope I have good coworkers when I get a job.
I LOVE chicken!! It's practically all I eat. XD Feel free to send the heart attack my way. lol
Yeah, the one I was with yesterday is a few years younger and really nice, she got me ice cream! And the other one I usually work with is probably around my mom's age and really awesome! The guy who hired me is great too. And the lady who works in the kitchen. haha
For the gaining weight thing, I suggest baking cakes or cookies and snacking on them. Or chips. OH! Do you like chicken? My mom's got this chicken stuff she makes, and I swear it's like heart attack via oven. XD As for work, at least there's one coworker who's nice!
