Sorry about having a bad first day last year. The only thing that sucked for me was getting lost.

I'm a bit worried about this year, because now I have a job... I already had a hard time getting my homework finished last year... not sure how a job will affect this year. I think it will be okay though. :\

I had an exceptionally terrible freshman year, but my sophomore year was much, much better. You're a year older and you have another year's worth of life experience. You will get through. Stay strong! :)

In your other journal, you said you had a panic attack before school. Before you went home, you only talked about not being able to focus, and "feeling like crap." That made me wonder: when you feel like crap but aren't necessarily in danger of having an attack, have you ever tried riding it out without leaving class?
I mean, not every problem puts you totally out of commission, physical or emotional.

Sometimes you give up just because something isn't working out, which is rational on occasion, but there are options that don't include bailing. Obviously I can't directly relate, but maybe next time you have trouble during class, examine how you feel and what's wrong, and try to determine how it would go if you tried to make it a few more minutes.
