Haha fat? Is your mum blind? She must be because you are gorgeous!!!
    Seriously ignore her!
She must be a stick if you're fat, no offense to your mum : /

That's really not fair that she's being like that. You should telling her that it hurts when she says things like that because that really isn't nice! I agree with absolutely everyone who has commented before me VV

I agree with Sing.It.Loud. Maybe you should just tell your mom to shut her trap. And maybe you could even go the passive aggressive route- tell her that the things she wears makes her look terrible.

Oh, and next time she tries to tell you that some print makes you look fat, tell her that she clearly doesn't understand fashion because it's the cut and not the print. ;)

Tell her you're fine the way you are (which is totally true), and that if she doesn't like that, then she can keep that to herself.

You're beautiful, seriously. And you're not fat at all, you're perfectly fine. You don't deserve what your mom is telling you about your appearance.

And I couldn't tell you about the whole plaid thing. I like plaid personally, so... why not?

From the pictures you posted i'd have to say What the hell? You are not fat in the least. Having a mother say that about their child would be hurtful-definetly. But look at all of these people that have commented; these mibbians tell the truth as do I.
Society makes it seem like you've got to be six 0 or you aren't pretty-which is a load of shit. You're beautiful and you've got to remember it every single time your mother says otherwise. In my opinion I think you should stand up to her. Tell her I'm sick of hearing you're bitchy remarks, I'm beautiful and I'm proud of what I look like. You've got to believe it yourself; just look at all of these people that agree with what i'm saying. Stand up to your mom, I'd try simply because your mother seems to be blind in the least if she thinks you aren't beautiful.

I have a problem with my mom too.
I use to be really heavy, but I started taking a hobby in running and now I do it everyday, but I still am a little pudgy, but not to the extent I once was.
Last summer, I was really skinny.
I'm 5'1 and a half and last summer I weighed 89lbs. Yea, it was bad, and it was because of my mom. She kept telling me I should only eat one carb a day and no fat and just protein and veggies. So I did, and look how screwed up that made me. Now I'm about 15-20lbs over weight and I eat what I want, and I'm much better mentally and emotionally. Last summer I was so depressed and I hated myself because I wasn't getting enough nutrients in my brain. I should have just stood up to my mom and said "You know what, mom? I love my body." then walked away, that would have solved so much.

Anyway, don't listen to your parents about YOUR body. They can't control your body and you shouldnt allow them to.

Anyway, sorry for the long comment lol.

That sucks! Consider your mom slapped silly! I know exactly what you're going through. Honest.

I agree with Dancing Caveman, on everything they've said. You're not fat. And the pants...well, it's the cut not the print that people need to worry about. I hope your mom gets the stick from up her butt removed, and everything works out. =]

That sucks. My mom is like that sometimes. Sometimes she'll tell me that I would be pretty if I lost weight, and that hurts. It's as if she is ashamed of something.
But I don't see nothing wrong with me, I mean I don't have the perfect body but I am fine with what I have.
Don't let those words get to you, it'll be hard I know. I hope you can see that you aren't fat, that you are fine just the way you are =)

Your mother sounds like a giant douche bag.
And from the pictures you have posted here, you are totally not fat.
I actually think you are very beautiful.
I'm sorry to hear about your mom though. I'd offer advice, but all mine sucks.
However, I'll give you an internet hug. (:

Forever 21 is the best store ever.

You're not fat, either. You're skinny and not the bad, freaky skinny. You have a good body. And I agree with Dancing Caveman - plaid/any print doesn't make people look fat.

PS: There's a reason that you're the only one that sees the flaws you're talking about.

You don't look fat at all in your pictures. And plaid doesn't make people look fatter. It depends on the cut of the pant, not the print.
