I am sure those, who are saying "Volleyball is not the game" are playing this game only in school with no skills and no training. I usually recommend such people to watch at least 15 minutes of the volleyball team warming up before a game. They will be shocked how guys are warming up for sure. What about the bookmakers, I recommend you check the tops. Guys, who are doing top check every site and app they add to their top, so there won't be any scam for sure!

I don`t really understand why the volleyball is not a sport in people`s mind. It is really as hard as football as for me.
Guys, I`m looking for some bookmakers sites with good odds, can someone suggest few?

AMEN. Holyskjds. I play, and I agree with this so much. Anyone who says it's not hard should try getting hit in the face with a ball being spiked at high speeds.

I don't think people realize how hard an excellent player can hit or how quickly it goes down and hits the ground, making it necessary for defense to dive and bruise themselves and such.

    Volleyball is a sport.

I found it really hard when I first started, but it got pretty easy once I got used to playing.
I stopped playing volleyball because I was sick of constantly having bruised wrists and sprained fingers.
So now I'm play tennis. =)

I don't see how anyone could say volleyball isn't a sport. I don't play it, but jeez. It just looks hard. I would think people get injured by being hit with the ball. I assume it happens sometimes... And people seem like they'd fall a lot. So yeah, I agree with you.

Volleyball is extremely hard, but it's so much fun, all the same.

Volleyball's a sport. It's just not really a contact sport. Which can be a good thing. I never played volleyball. Tall, skinny, and fast= basketball player (at least where I'm from).

I have a hard time accepting Cheerleading as a sport, considering the original purpose of cheerleading was to cheer on a team. Cheerleaders are totally in shape and they're athletic, but I just think the point of the sport's a little ridiculous.

    v. Same for me ~ sorry if I come off as a bitch. << I tend to without realizing.

Anywho, it's an hour-two hours, yeah, but the thing is we start practicing the day of Summer. The JV team doesn't start until like, a week before school starts, if that. During the Summer, we have about three hours - during the school year, yeah, it's a really short time period. I can't stay for the extra time every day, considering I have other sports. But at the same time, we're not a professional team, we're a high school team. And my coach is an ex-druggie, she needs help in more than just coaching. -_-

Skimpy uniforms = ick. I wear stuff over it, it's "not allowed", but after the first few times of getting into mini-arguments with the coach she allowed it. They're not skimpy-skimpy, but skimpy enough for me to have a wee problem with it.

And we don't have skimpy uniforms. I don't know how you can play in that..

(Before I start, I'm not trying to be mean, just a friendly(ish) discussion)

Nixie!: I have no idea why your practices are an hour long. That seems ridiculous to me. As you can probably tell I take vball very seriously. And your team doesn't sound very professional or good. My teams put in hours of work, even if it is just to get a good pass.

Uh, yeah, actually. (: I've been on varsity in high school since freshmen year.

School practices for me are 3-4, sometimes 5. You can stay longer, though; those are just the needed hours.

Just because I think it's easier than other sports I've played doesn't mean I've never played on varsity, or anything like that. :| It's just much, much easier for me than any other sport.

Nixie!: Really? What level of volleyball did you play? Ever play club or high school varsity? Probably not, huh?

And my high school practices are from 3-6. Club is from 6-10.

I think volleyball is the easiest sport ever. I used to play that, soccer, softball, and I do cross-country and track. Volleyball is the easiest, in my opinion, and is the one I think is less time consuming, considering for the rest of the sports I've done, I had to dedicate from 2-6 hours of my day on.

Usually it's people thinking cheerleading isn't a sport. Cheerleading, though, is the hardest thing I've ever done by far. Too much bending and too much gymnastics. I broke my ankle and arm cheerleading. Never, EVER again. XD

Volleyball is my favorite sport, though. It's so fun.

Volleyball gives you lots of raw flesh and bruises. That's a sport.

    Volleyball hurts!

If I actually tried to play for the whole time during gym, my arms would be so bruised. It's happened before. It was pretty suckish to deal with.
