Though I'm not a fan of the clichéd plot or characters, not counting Jacob, there is that weird flutter in my stomach whenever something particularly romantic happens between Bella (eugh) and Pansy-Boy.
The books aren't great, but they've got... a certain charm to them that makes you keep reading. Maybe that's why they're so popular.
