If she's that childish and rude, I think you're better off without her.

She is upset and it probably made her feel better to give it to you. But that doesnt mean it was right. You have to everything to let this go, and not try to get her back. As mad as you may be. I know from experience, I drifted away from a friend of ten years. I think about our friendship all the time, and it has been two years. But things are better now that we are apart. Try to let it go.

I don't think she should've given you the picture. There was really no point for it.

My best advice is to find a way to let it go. There's not much you can do about it.
