I don't know, I think he look fine just the way are. I'm not a big fan of facial piercings but sometimes they can be cute. Do what feels right to you.

It can be removed and everything healed as though it wasn't there right? If so why not try it?

I like tattoos and want to get several but not just of anything, I'm very selective with what I'd put on my body, piercings should be approached the same way in my oppinion even if they are easier to reverse.

I agree with Jinxeh, do it because you want to, not because anyone else does.

v That's the thing about getting a septum piercing. You can just flip it up into your nose when you're around certain people, so they have no reason to give you guff about it. Some of my family members don't like mine, so I keep it flipped up when I'm around them, just to make it easier for me. (I use retainers for other piercings, and hiders for my stretched lobes, too. You can hide almost any piercing or mod with little effort, nowadays.)

I, personally, want it and think I would like it. However if people kept giving me crap about it then I would eventually just get tired of it.

I have a more round face and an average looking nose (not big nor small).

'Fraid I can't really say how it'd look, since I have no idea what you, or your nose, looks like. It's true that a septum piercing works better with a certain kind of nose, after all.

I've had mine pierced for a year and some odd months, and I still kinda love it. It works pretty well for my nose, I think. And, for me, it didn't hurt to have it done. But then, none of my piercing have ever really hurt much - I have a pretty high tolerance for pain. Some do, some don't, so you won't really know how much it might hurt for you until you have it done.

Really, though, what it comes down to is if you really want it. Not if your friends will like it, not if your boyfriend will like it, but if you like it. You should always take that into consideration before modding your body, even if it is just with something small.

I was talking to this girl cutting my hair once, she had a septum piercing and I asked her if it hurt and she said surprisingly it doesn't hurt as people would think. Because the skin is so kind of thin there, there's obviously some pain but not that bad.
Unless you're a baby, she added.
