This is going to sound harsh, but drop him. Especially if he's saying he loves you and acting the way he is. No 14 year old boy says 'I love you' and means it, they're too immature. And if that's too hard to be taken on faith, everything he's done supports it. You'll find a guy worthy of you. This one's a waste of time and heartache.

He shows all the signs of being a player. I know this is hard and you want to stick around because you like him, but don't.

You're 14 you shouldn't waste your time on guys like him. Trust me, there WILL be more guys in the future and you will get guys like this every once in a while but they're not worth the heart ache and nights thinking about them.
