I Hate My Parents Sometimes - Comments

I agree with neonlights., they're just trying to look out for you. My parents do the exact same thing. Next time they make a comment that bothers you, ask them to stop, say that it makes you feel uncomfortable. I'm sure they aren't trying to upset you on purpose.
Also, PsychoBarbie don't compare people to Hitler. Seriously.

Don't freak out. They're being parents, it's their job to freak out over things like this.

I used to wear a lot of black and my mother was constantly nagging me because she was worried for me. You may not be able to tell right now, but your mother is telling you those things about your apperance because she honestly loves you.

Your dad is a dad. He's not going to want you to wear make-up. It's as simple as that. As far as them calling you a slut, they're scared because they feel like you're growing up too fast, you keep moving on to different stages of your life too quickly and it's freaking your parents out.

Your email. Trust me, in ten years you'll look back on that email and be like "Wow, why the hell did I make that my email."

Again, your parents are just trying to look out for you, whether or not it seems like it.
