But I realized I was in love with the idea of love
I can honestly say been there, done that. About two years ago, I was dating this guy who I thought I was in love with. I quickly came to the conclusion that I wasn't in love with him but I love the idea of being in love and loved in return. But now, I can honestly say that I am in love.

I've never been in love either. But I get an idea as to what and how it is.
Me too, I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Meh, my problem is more that I don't have the time to "fall in love" or to be with someone. I'm rather busy trying to figure out who I am and y'know, life and whanot. :\

Hm, I'm that way too. You don't need a boyfriend to make you happy.
I don't think I could handle being in a serious relationship, I would probably put too damn much effort into it and not get anything out of it. Or I'd get bored.
There are alot of types of love not just having a relationship with someone.
