Aww so cute. My little sister who's 6 makes up stories like that only not quite as detailed, and she has to get lots of help with the actual writing. Kids are adorable :)

My eight year old cuzin writes like this:

the dog had lots peanuts. Yay.

Whoa, that was really good. My sister's seven, but I think she's years away from writing like that.
