Good luck with all that. ;) And yeah, there is a guy. He's pretty cute, though not my type and as dumb as a pole. However, there's just something about him that drives me nuts. It's pretty bad. Haha. :) Awkward conversation? Oh goodness, that's all lunch is! Just today my friend was talking and a guy friend there was like "What are you talking about Stephanie?" she yells really loud so like everyone hears, "We're talking about periods and tampons Tre!" I looked at her and was like really? do you think we wanna know that? But we all spent about half the lunch laughing at it. That wasn't even the worst. I have some odd friends.

I do that with guys. I look at them and go "By the end of the tight, I am making out with them." :file: It's like pool: I call my shots and I get them in.

No one at my school does that to me. It's filled with non-attractive people. *sigh*
The most awkward conversation I've had was with my dad. Talking to me about how I can only lost my virginity once. I was like "No, really? I mean, I thought that it magically came back...". Still, it was horrible.

It wasn't an awkward conversation involving me, because I really can't remember a really good awkward conversation at the moment. I like to tune them out. But I do remember being in the room when this happened:

My brother: Mommy I learned what a stripper is.
My mother: Oh *gives him a look* What is it?
My brother: They dance on a pole... *gets out of his chair at the dinner table and mimics, someone holding on to a pole and humping the air*...Like this.
Me: *Falls off bench at dinner table in laughter* That is so FUNNY!
    My mother: *Leaves dinner table*

By the way my brother is nine but this was last year when he was eight.

No one makes me melt, I am the type of girl that doesn't like to be tied down and so i don't bother with crushes. But good luck to you. You know that girl sounds like me, I can eat whole boxes of anything, and it doesn't make me fat, just disappears. Though I can also eat that much because I work out like crazy.

There's a guy about a 2-3 hour drive from where I live that just makes me gush :] Unfortunately, I've never talked to him....buuuut, it could have been him who responded to the myspace messages I sent to his band :] But he's just...oh, he just seems like he'd be the nicest guy in the world. :]

    Awkward conversation?
I don't think I've ever had an awkward conversation :]

Why don't you just give the guy your number yourself? I understand about potentially being nervous and/or shy about doing it, or whatever the reason may be, but I personally think it would be better for you to do it yourself as opposed to having your friend do it. Just be slick about it. One day when you're talking to him, before you leave just be like, "text me sometime." (That is if you can text, of course). That's just my opinion though.

There's no guy at my school that has makes me melt or wonder where he's been all my life. Only my boyfriend is capable of creating such reactions from me. (:

I wish I could say that there was someone like that where I live. All the guys I know are meat heads. So lucky you.

To answer your first question, yes. I met him this year. He's a Sophmore (grade 10) and I'm a Freshman (grade 9). We met at the beginning of the year, and we just started talking and I honestly believe that I love him. I mean, I looked through the old yearbooks and realized that we used to go to the same school back in 5th & 6th grade and 7th & 8th and I'm just like... I probably saw him all the time and I didn't even realize!
But, ohhhh boy, is he something special. He knows that I like him and he said that he likes me back. But that was in November. He said he wasn't ready for a GF, but he did like me. So.. three months later, here I am. Lol. But he does still like me, so that makes me feel good. :3

And to answer your second, it was with the same guy.
    *stops me in the hallway*
Him: Hey, I have a question.
    Me: Yeah?
Him: Why do you and your friends stare at me in lunch? *starts smiling*
Me: Uhmm.... *turns red* I didn't know that I did. And I didn't know my friends did either.
Him: Oh, okay. I was just wondering. It's not big deal or anything. *smiles again*
    Me = dies.
And the truth is... I never stared at him during lunch! I'm all like.. wtf?!
Then my friends and I came to the conclusion that he was just curious as to what my answer would be. XD (That was before he found out that I liked him)

There was a girl like that who caught the bus with me when I was in high school. She used to work a doughnut place, so every morning she'd bring a box of leftover doughnuts with her and eat the whole thing in about half an hour. To this day, I still have no idea how she did it.

Also, there are heaps of pretty girls on my campus. And all the hottest ones do Law, I swear. I chose my subjects well. :)

You sounded like you had a good day too =)
And then there's no-one at my school that makes me feel like that but there is this kid I know through the YC that makes me feel like that. His name is Declan (I know weird name) and he's just one of the funniest, sweetest all around good guys that I know. He's just I don't know how to describe him
