I wore make-up when I was six....
I mean, I don't see what's wrong with wearing make-up that young as long as it's not hooker make-up.
The clothes though.....I wasn't allowed to even wear mini skirts or short shorts until I moved out....so yeah.
I do agree with you. Except for the line 'just like painting your child's face with a load of products that they shouldn't be using until they actually need it!' No one ever needs makeup. It's a want.
I think everyone tried makeup as a kid. But I had my own little packet of kids eyeshadow and lipgloss. But real make-up isn't really appropriate, I believe. It gives the wrong impression.
And as megalomaniac said, the media is terrible there days.
