Ugh, my mom used to tell me I was fat, too (well, she'd usually say I "needed to exercise more", but everyone knew what she meant). It's a huge abuse of parental authority. Kids and teenagers are supposed to be fat, it's part of growing up -- by which I mean the physical process of getting bigger.

Do you read kateharding.net? Seems like I'm recommending it left and right today. It was useful for my gf when she was having issues with people being assholes about her being fat, maybe it'll help you out too. I'd also recommend googling Health At Every Size.

Wow... Your friends are very ignorant and immature.

Also, they say eating breakfast (even a small piece of fruit) helps the metabolism run faster during the day.

Hahahahahahaha. Now those people sound like a preety funny bunch to watch. Well mate one of the really big things in weight loss is motivation. If you don't have motivation then most likely 9 out of 10 times you will fail .good luck mate

Why the heck would you plan you teen pregnancy? Those girls sound a little crazy. Although my town is kinda like that. People think it's so cool to be pregnant. No so much girlies.

Umm, I have no tips for staying healthy. I'm attempting to shed some fat and I keep getting distacted.

Try doing a few sit-ups before bed every night. It helps you a little.

That's how it is at my school wih pregnancy. My school has a high pregnancy rate. I think it's ridiculous but after a while, pregnant teens don't even faze you anymore. I have one friend who is a teen mom actually.

Well, to lose weight justmake sure you exercise and drink plenty of water. Getting enough fiber in your diet can also help you lose weight and give you energy and make you feel better.
