1. For stories that don't have a lot of commenters, I comment on most chapters. But if it gets over five comments on average for every chapter, I'll comment once or twice at the most.

3. I thank them. Even if they aren't commenting, they're still taking the time to read something I wrote.
4. That's a hard one...I guess today it would be "Wind Beneath my Wings" by Bette Midler.
