To come up with those two stories, I mostly drowned myself in Lady GaGa videos and let my mind wander. If you really look close, you can catch little things that you can expand upon. And only write incest if you're sure you can write it well, because it's very difficult to write well. I only write it semi-okay because I've been writing incest for a while now ;P
I actually wrote a one-shot like that, not too long ago. It was about a couple. The boyfriend signed them up for some porno gig. Turns out, they were put into a chamber, with no lights, and hung...while they were having sex (standing up).
