    I shuffle cards to deal with stuff a lot. You should try it. If you can't shuffle cards, work on learning. It's really distracting from problems.

    Writing always helps for me. You can try opening a blank page, either in a notebook or on a computer. And write. Put out all your feeling there for yourself. Don't erase anything. And don't go back to read it until you're done. It helped with me anyway, worth a try. And I'm sorry about you're uncle. *hugs*

    My old standbys for any emotional problem are writing and music.

    And May 8th was the one-year anniversary of my great-grandmother's death. She was an amazing woman. I wrote a poem for her.
