Actually you're wrong, if you had gone properly to church, you would have known that the 7 days thing was why God made life, and the biological theory was how it happened: through revolution.

I'm just going to correct you on a couple things.

In a lot of this journal you've questioned a lot why people do things, and why God doesn't do anything about it. Satan, Adam and Eve, etc. God gave us free will, and that's pretty much the reason why the world isn't exactly like heaven. You might ask why he didn't make it like that, and the answer to that is simply He wanted us to love Him because we wanted to, not because it's a given or forced on us.

The tree Adam and Eve ate from was called the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Before Adam and Eve ate from that, Earth was like heaven. It was only good. When Eve ate from it, she became aware of what evil actually was - before that she didn't know it existed. And, I might add, it was Satan who tempted her to do that in the first place.

The Bible has rules simply to make us better people–I mean, no lying, cheating, stealing, killing, helping the poor, loving everyone… those are hardly bad things, would you agree?

The Bible does state the Earth was created in seven days, but let's think about it a little more. Before the world was created, there wasn't time or anything, just God. So hypothetically, one day could be anything. It could be a million years, it could be a second. When the Bible was written, the people writing it as well as the people it was read by didn't have much perspective on the entirety of the universe, time and size included. It was written in a way so the people back then could actually understand it.

About the Bible being written at one time by a group of people: Original copies of the books do exist. The Bible was written over the course of 1,000 years and is in at least three different languages, with over 50 authors. This is proven, not from religion. I doubt that could be some kind of huge conspiracy.

You should understand, too, that some people blow things completely out of proportion. There will always be extremists in everything and take small, tiny hints to be hard-and-fast laws. Not all Christians believe the same exact thing.

I'm not trying to force my beliefs on you, either, but I'm just saying that you should read up on a little and try to actually understand the beliefs of a religion before you start judging and attacking it publicly.

Ok well first of all your opinions are yours i have no reason to judge a confused mind.
God created the heavens and the earth. He created all animals, all birds, DINOSAURS, fishies and everything there is. I am a Pentecostal Christian, i was raised catholic but did not choose to believe in it. Religion was not part of me at the time. I was recently Baptized by water. One thing you have to understand is that God gave humanity freewill thus letting us make our own choices. He can only influence your surroundings, but not control you. And the Dinosaurs existence before humanity fact is twisted. There are many different issues of propaganda, and if you want a fact, The flood in Genesis 6:14 did happen. Scientists have found living Oysters in mountains all around the world. The reason why God allows the Devil to roam the earth is to test our will, and faith. Those who have none fall further.
I am not being single minded here, i understand the questions, but have you ever done something and you felt a chill or sudden feeling of conviction when it war wrong? That is the Holy spirit, the spirit of truth. Yes God loves everyone, and he expects the same love back, but many hurt God, because we were created in his image and he is pure love. He has emotion, and when it comes to immorality, it is a complicated subject to talk about. Homosexuality, i have nothing against it because i have gay family, i do not judge, that i leave unto Jesus.
Sorry if this is long but i am trying to make a point.
The Bible is an instruction given before death. That is what Bible means, Basic, Instructions, Before, Leaving, Earth. They are guide lines for a prosperous and happy life. But many see it as a burden, and as nonsense.
And i do not believe that God is trying to compete against the Devil, i believe that God is not a Liar. What many Christians do, like boycotts and protesting against peoples rights is wrong. We are all ment to be one people, one loving human race. But we have failed God hundreds of times, and therefore we all pay the price in the end. All i have to say is that, there will be a day when you will repent, and will understand the meaning. My own brother is like you. He questions God's motives, he constantly attacks my beliefs.
But i pray that you will be above that, and in all honesty even if you do not mean to hurt or offend.
You have, because through this righting i have felt judgment from your heart. Your hate, i have felt that once before and i understand. Time will only tell of your outcome.
Blessings be with you, and may the Holy spirit guide you in your journey.
    Feel the chill?

But there are people who didn't have "religion" then became Christians. Therefore they know and understand both sides. If you really think, most people who are sincere and nonhypocritical Christians didn't have a religious background at all. It's kinda one of the Christianity, giving new life and hope to those who have none.

Someone without religion will never understand someone who has a religion. The same is true that those with a religion will never understand those without. They're not meant to understand each other. That would contradict their beliefs.

Religion is a comfort for selfish people with perfect lives.
