It's down right rude has she ever heard of chicks before d*cks?

haha me and my friends had this huge conversation about it and we all agreed to only answer the phone to tell our boyfriend that we're having our girl time and that we'll call him later.

Maybe you should tell her how you feel about it.

Nagi thinks that if the phone call is breif, it is acceptable, as long as there is something to entertain you're guests. But if it's longer than 5 minutes, you need to hang up.

I was taught that ignoring your guest by talking on the phone is very rude and should tell them that you have someone over and tell them to call you later, so yeah it's pretty rude.

its rude, if you have a situation like this again, play a game and take both or your phones away for the night! See who can last the longest without have to text or call someone!

No, that's really rude. I never text or talk on the phone when I'm with my friends, unless I need to ask to get picked up or something. I think that wasn't nice of your friend to make you feel awkward. Definitely not fair.

It's rude, I think, to hold an extended conversation with anyone on the phone (unless it's an emergency) while you have company.

It's understandable that people might call you when with others, but your friend should have said, "Hey, I have someone over. I'll call you later," and then ended it at that.
