When I joined, I had to click a box that indicated that I was over thirteen. Which led me to believe that under thirteen year olds were not really supposed to be on this site. And before reporting a certain under aged user, I asked an admin if this was the case. Apparently, you don't have to do that anymore. The users who are probably reporting those who are "underage" are users like me - who had to click the box saying that they were over thirteen.
