v 'Just hit puberty?' I think a lot of people hit puberty before fourteen. I mean, I know they can't help their immature brains (really, they can't; it's their brains' fault), but you'd think they'd, I don't know, think a little. That doesn't go toward just people who are fourteen. I think a lot of people need to think before they speak.

    Do I sound pretentious? I'm coming off as a snob again, aren't I? D*mmit.

This is probably one of the smartest journals I've read here. Fourteen year olds are usually pretty lame, I was pretty lame at the time myself. But they've just hit puberty and it's probably gone to their heads. No offence intended at fourteen year olds. And parents usually do know best, I've come to that conclusion myself

Lykwoah I hoped someone would get it.

paranoid android. That's why the last bit was added. If someone really thinks that decision isn't the best for them, they should go about trying to change that decision maturely. Most people start an argument, and that gets you nowhere. Generally speaking, though, parents do know what's best for their children.

I agree with paragraphs #1 and #2, but the bolded text is wrong, in my opinion. Sometimes parents honestly do not know what to do, but use their authority to force their wrong decisions anyway. A lot of the time, though, they do.
