Gah! I hate speaking alone in front of the class. D: I get so nervous, and I get cold - then I chatter / stutter. It's getting better, though. I'm just really shy, haha.

1. No, but I want to. I've had several interviews though. It's just really hard to get a job here >_< Still waiting to hear from some shops about my applications. Good luck though! :D I'm sure you'll do fine. Good tip: Do a practice interview with a friend or family member, helps a lot and gives you a chance to prepare some answers :)
2.16, but you can work a limited hours and places younger, not sure how much younger though. 18 is the edge you can do everything though, serve alcohol, cigarettes etc.
3. I either talk a lot and say stupid things, or stay quiet xD
