I don't know you, but I wanted to stop by and tell you that I'm so proud of you. Instead of letting yourself slip down this path, you're stopping yourself and you're searching for a better way to keep the weight off. That's really admirable. Not many people could just come out and admit it and ask for help in the way you have, so go you =]

That aside, everyone here has given good advice. Talk to your mom, get rid of all the temptations, and look up healthy diets to follow. All I can add is, treat yourself every so often. Don't full-on deny yourself the things you love. That will only make you depressed and more liable to binge. Perhaps have Friday or Saturday as a day where you can have something you really fancy =]

    Good luck!

My advice would be to first, tell your mom that you need her to take away all the sugary foods. If they're not there, the temptation isn't there to eat them. Maybe have her hide them away from you - but this won't work if you decide you want to go looking for them xD

My other little piece of advice would be to start exercising. Maybe walking, or jogging, something simple. I would also advise getting a friend or a family member to do it with you, to keep you motivated until you get into the routine.

I found that when I had people trying to help me with losing weight, it was a lot easy. Me and my friend went on this health kick once (that we've now completely abandoned) and we found that we actually fun when we were exercising together.

Anyway, that's my little two-cents. The hardest part is to get yourself motivated. And I don't think that I need to tell you how harmful anorexia and bulimia are. Maybe the short term effects are what you're aiming for, but the long term effects on your life and your body are also something you need to think of.

I hope everything works out for you and that for whatever reason you start to feel better about yourself.

As for the acne - maybe try some sort of cleanser to help clean your face (if you don't already). If you do, it's probably the stress of wanting to lose weight is getting to you and showing on your skin.

I went through the same thing recently. The best advice I can give you is to talk to somebody about it. Not over the Internet but in person. Your mother, a close friend, a teacher, anyone close who you think can help.
It worked out for me, and I hope everything works out for you.
