I'm only fourteen, so it's not like I can relate much, but I have put all my effort into school when it doesn't even matter just to be shot down and told that I should be doing better, while I bottle up everything else.

I know it probably won't help and this is useless reassurance, but if you want to talk, I'm always here to listen. I've been in the same situation as you and it sucks to feel so trapped.
Besides, my life is pretty good right now, I'm sure I could take the "burden".
