Youcoulddo better: You are very true :] just some odd colors like the pink on from walmart can fry your hair, its happened to me i had to cut off my tips that i colored 2 weeks later.
if you light candles and close the door they work great to its can be cheaper too.

Make up best for brown eyes - If you're going for a natural look, than a tan color or a soft brown look really nice. You can always get away with different shades of green and red.

Styles for short people - Hmm... well leggings can make you look a little taller. Babydoll shirts also look really cute on shorter people. Assymetrical cuts in your shirts would also look nice.

Secret acne treatment- Crushing aspirin pills and mixing it with a little water does wonders for your skin! You can also use eggs. The egg whites moisturize your skin, while the yolk tightens your pores. It worked really well for me.

How to keep your eyeliner from smudging and lasting longer- Try not applying all the way to the tear duct- stay a few millimeters away from it. Also, if your using liquid.. make sure the brand your using dries well before you use it. I've had a lot of liquid liner that tended to smudge just because it was so wet.

Adding odd colors to your hair is like dying it any other color. Theres nothing special you have to do unless you want a dark color to be light. (i.e. brown to teal) In that case you bleach it.
I don't know much about bleaching though.
