Hey, you are beautiful. Dwelling on the fact that you don't like the way you look, only makes you hate yourself more. Find something you like about yourself and say, "Well, even if I don't like my weight, my eyes are really pretty, or I love my lips!"
I know what it's like to be the less attractive, heavier sister, and I sat around and thought about it, and just put myself down. Good things don't come from that.
