I do. It pisses me off, but all you can do is move on really, and find people that understand where you're coming from. :)
3. What is your view on religion? If you have any.
I don't do religion. Simple as that. Never have, and hopefully never will. I just don't believe in that stuff, and I'm a-okay with that. :D

OH, GOD. You're just like me. My family is christian and they always talk about my music choices even if they haven't even heard their songs! My mom says that rock music is "devilish" and I shouldn't listen to it. She hates skulls, the deathbat, or anything "evil". It's annoying and ignorant in my opinion.

2. I see what you're saying. I don't understand why people jump like that though; Avenged Sevenfold is a biblical term...from there, I've never listened to an A7X song that wasn't.....real. It's not like they're bashing God and worshiping Satan. They're who they are. They do what they do. They believe what they believe. If it wasn't for A7X though, I wouldn't be as close to God as I am.
3. I don't follow a religion. I'm a Christ-follower. I love God. God loves me. Most people call me a "Christian." I have ties with all kinds of religions, though, but God and Jesus are my main ties. :D

2. I ignore them. I've always bought my own stuff with my own money, and if they don't like it, b*tch and moan to someone who cares. Those are my guys and I will listen to what I want, when I want.

3. I actually am a very devout Christian. I see that there is the world that has it's darkness and I see Christ as the light and answer. I just also do not see what is wrong with listening to music that isn't Christian. And Avenged Sevenfold is not satanic

Though I would like to add from various comments, there is usually a difference between religion and faith. When people think religion, they are usually referring to organized religion which I don't like at all. And then you have faith which is something sincere that we should all strive for in some way or another. I'm not say necessarily faith in God (though I do support that), but a faith in something, a search for what you believe in.

2. I can understand the anger of having your favorite band bashed in front of you, but I wouldn't go as far as to get angry enough to want to kill someone over it. So, in a way I can relate. I'm not a fan because I don't find their music good in the least bit.
3. I've tried to keep faith in the Taoism religion recently, but I'm just fading away from that religion. So really, I don't identify with any religion right now. I don't believe in this god most Christians worship, however I do believe in other gods. It's complicated.

3. Religion and faith are two different things. I'd say I support the latter (as much as a literal-minded ass can). People mistake them, and it leads to problems - religion is a group-thing. Religions are groups of people with the same core beliefs, who gather to partake in them. That is all.
I would rather blame people for the stupid which comes from organized religion, not the belief itself.

Unless the belief is stupid. Then it's free-reign. =P
